Limited Production and Availability
ACEDIA produces garments in small runs. Availability is limited, and we do not guarantee restock of any item. Once an item is sold out, it may not be available again. Pricing reflects small-batch production.
Pricing and Errors
All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including those made in promotional materials or on product pages. If an error is discovered, we will notify you before charging your payment method.
Order Acceptance
Completion of payment does not guarantee order fulfillment. Orders are considered accepted when items are dispatched from our studio. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms or due to inventory constraints.
Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, branding, and content on this site are the intellectual property of ACEDIA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
ACEDIA is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
