ACEDIA garments are designed oversized. We recommend referencing our detailed size chart on each product page. If you are typically between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a closer fit. All garments are made-to-sequence, so sizing exchanges incur return shipping.
ACEDIA embraces architectural drape and intentional negative space. Our garments are cut for an oversized silhouette that records movement and wear. The fit rewards layering and encourages individual styling interpretation.
Yes. Orders over $175 USD ship free worldwide. Orders under $175 USD incur a flat $12 USD shipping fee.
We dispatch globally to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and Japan. Customers outside these regions should contact us to discuss options.
Orders are made-to-sequence and dispatch within several business days of purchase. International transit typically takes 7–21 days depending on destination. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
You may return unworn garments within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. All returns require prepaid shipping. Garments showing signs of wear, modification, or damage are ineligible. Contact us to initiate a return.
Once your order dispatches, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment progress directly via that link. You can also view your order status and shipping details in your account at /account.
Promo codes are applied during checkout on the secure Stripe payment page. Simply enter your code before confirming payment. If a code is not accepted, it may have expired or reached its usage limit—contact us if you have questions.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment processing is handled securely; your card information is never stored on our servers.
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Hang dry or lay flat to dry. The more you wear and wash your garment, the more it develops character—embrace the evolution. Repairs are visible and encouraged.
